EVERYDAY FILE TOOLS / INFORMATION

About Everyday File Tools

Everyday File Tools is a small independent collection of practical file utilities, published by S H. The CSV checker finds common structure problems and produces comma-separated output. The JSON formatter makes structured text readable without rounding number tokens.

It is free to use and requires no account. It checks file structure, not the truth or completeness of the information in a file, and cannot guarantee compatibility with every receiving application. Both tools accept up to 64 KB of UTF-8 text. CSV accepts 1,001 records including a header and 100 columns; JSON accepts 10,000 values and 64 levels of nesting. Each tool's examples and recovery steps are available whenever you need them.
